If your order is over 200.00 we’ll email you within 24 hours with your shipping total.
30 Day Return Policy
For a return please simply email us for your approval number with-in 30 days of your invoice date. You have 30 days from your invoice date to send item back for a refund no exceptions. The item must be clean and unused in the original packaging and in resellable condition for your refund. If the bag shows signs of use and you send it back no refund will be given and it is your responsibility for shipping costs back to you.
Please remember, don’t over-stuff your WheelchairGear bag, putting excessive stress on seams, linings, and zippers because of unreasonable use like this will not be covered under this warranty. WheelchairGear reserves the right to refuse the warranty on a misused wheelchair bag at our teams’ discretion.
Do not let another person load your wheelchair bag with excessive downward force as this can cause pressure on seams and cause damage also.In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your WheelchairGear item, or need a repair, please notify us by email to WheelchairGear@gmail.com and we will be happy to take a look at it.
If you un-do the strap buckles you will be charged 5.00 to re-thread them. Sorry we don’t refund shipping.
30 day Warranty Policy
We warranty against manufacturer’s defect: If your item has a defect, we will replace it or repair it, at our discretion, within the first 30 days of purchase. An overfilled wheelchair backpack can loosen its seams and straps and zippers get overstrained as well.
